On track

We are constantly on the kids cases about putting their things away. It drives me nuts! The worst would probably be after cleaning up my house all day long and then the kids walk in the door from school and all their back packs are unloaded on the kitchen table, coats and packs are thrown on the floor or couch and within seconds my house looks like a tornado hit it. Oh I'm getting agitated just writing this all down!

Steve and I are famous for saying "That's not were that goes." But there are times that even we slip and don't put something away that second. For example: Steve was in the office the other day and got hot (it is the warmest room in the house), so he took off his sweater and threw it over Kennas bed. Without even a bat of the eye Railey says "That's not where that goes." She caught him. We started laughing so hard and what could Steve do but stand up pick up his sweater and go put it in our room (probably on the bed). Our kids definitely keep us on track.

I love it!! You're right nothing like your kids to keep you on track.
